About the Role:
Responsible for assisting A Way Out (AWO) program clients on behalf of the LCHD/CHC and Lake County partners. Provides linkage/case management and support to AWO participants while in treatment and post treatment. Increases awareness of treatment options and resources. Works with research team to track participation and grant-related outcomes.
Location: 3010 Grand Avenue, Waukegan IL (Grand Avenue Campus)
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Skills and Experience
Education, Qualifications, and Certification:
Preferably certified as an Alcohol/Drug Abuse Counselor by the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Board.
